Richard W. Eaddy

Richard Eaddy has twenty years of experience in real estate development, with many of those working on complex private development projects. He has also held various New York State and City government positions including serving as both the Deputy Borough President of the Bronx and Executive Director/CEO of Harlem CDC. Prior to those positions, Richard served as a Director of Real Estate Development at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, the Director of Finance at the New York City Housing Partnership, and Development Manager at Olympia & York.

Richard began his real estate career providing consulting services to the Battery Park City Authority and also assisting North General Hospital in the creation of two new affordable housing complexes. He was appointed to the New York City Planning Commission in July 2002 by Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg.

Having received his B.A. from Wesleyan University in 1983, in 1988, Richard obtained his Master's degree from Columbia University's Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation in Real Estate. He was awarded the Battery Park City Authority Fellowship.


Philip Tugendrajch

Philip Tugendrajch has many years of experience in New York City government first at the Department of Ports and Terminals and later as the Director of Acquisitions at The Department of General Services. At DGS he led the City's efforts in locating and acquiring property for government needs.

Prior to founding E T Partners, Philip worked in real estate development for Milstein Properties, Cape Advisors Inc. and L&M/BFC Development LLC.

He has experience in managing and developing residential, office and hotel projects in New York, New Jersey and Utah.

Phillip has a BA from the University of Michigan and a JD from New York University School of Law.
